Returns & Exchanges:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Due to the nature of our products (personal care and handmade items), we cannot accept returns on used items for hygiene reasons.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo and description of the issue.
- We will gladly replace the item or offer store credit.

Care Instructions
Body Butter & Lotions:
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent melting or separation.
- Use clean, dry hands or a spatula when scooping product to maintain shelf life.
- For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Scented Candles:
- Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn to reduce soot and improve burn time.
- Burn for no more than 4 hours at a time.
- Always burn on a heat-safe surface and keep away from drafts, children, and pets.
- Stop use when ¼ inch of wax remains at the bottom of the jar.
Bath Bombs:
- Store in a dry, cool place to maintain fizziness and fragrance.
- Drop one bath bomb into warm bath water and enjoy.
- Use caution exiting the tub as oils may make surfaces slippery.
