Returns & Exchanges:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Due to the nature of our products (personal care and handmade items), we cannot accept returns on used items for hygiene reasons.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo and description of the issue.
• We will gladly replace the item or offer store credit.

How to Start a Return:

• Email us at lovecrate.co@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• We’ll send you further instructions on how to proceed.

Body Butter & Lotions:

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent melting or separation.
• Use clean, dry hands or a spatula when scooping product to maintain shelf life.
• For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Scented Candles:

• Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn to reduce soot and improve burn time.
• Burn for no more than 4 hours at a time.
• Always burn on a heat-safe surface and keep away from drafts, children, and pets.
• Stop use when ¼ inch of wax remains at the bottom of the jar.

Bath Bombs:

• Store in a dry, cool place to maintain fizziness and fragrance.
• Drop one bath bomb into warm bath water and enjoy.
• Use caution exiting the tub as oils may make surfaces slippery.
